Thinking about the divisions in Anglicanism.

My most recent piece for Covenant.

It's been a while since my last update:

It's been a busy and fruitful season of ministry this spring, followed by a bit of slower pace for some continuing education and vacation. I've got a few projects on the go, and hopefully will be able to share some of them soon.

In the meantime, here is my most recent piece for Covenant, a discussion on Anglicanism in North America. The response has been... mixed. I think I could have been more clear and nuanced. Still, from what I can tell, this post has been garnering a lot of attention both because the argument I am making is too liberal (for many, TEC has lost the plot and is no longer a Christian Church) or too conservative (for many, ACNA has been complicit in harming the Church in North America as well as promoting policies that bring physical threat too LGBTQ folks in the majority world). I am glad folks are reading it. I hope that it is helpful though, and not a means of furthering division.
